إجتماع الهيئة عامة الغير عادي - المنتدى الأردني الروماني للثقافة

الأصدقاء و الأعضاء في المنتدى الأردني الروماني للثقافة،
ندعوكم إلى اجتماع الهيئة العامة (لجميع أعضاء المنتدى) الغير عادي في مقر
المنتدى في جبل اللويبدة 44 شارع الباعونية، مساء يوم الخميس 9 أبريل \ نيسان
2009. في تمام الساعة السادسة (6) مساءً .

حيث ستعلن رئيسة المنتدى أمام الأعضاء استقالتها من الهيئة الإدارية للمنتدى،
لأسباب شخصية تتعلق بزواجها قريباً و مغادرتها أرض الوطن ، و اختيار رئيس و
نائب رئيس جديدين، بالإضافة إلى اختيار عضو هيئة إدارية جديد لملئ الشاغر. و ما
يستجد من أمور يرغب الأعضاء في مناقشتها

يرجى منكم جميعاً (بلا استثناء) الحضور، و في الموعد المحدد، حيث أن ممثل وزارة
الثقافة سيكون متواجداً.

بإمكانكم الحضور إلى عمارة الصائغ في العبدلي، أو مديرية شرطة وسط عمان. حيث أن
المقر قريب جداً منهما.

Dear Friends and Members of the Jordanian Romanian Forum for Culture,
We Invite you all, to the General Members extra ordinary meetings, that will
be held in our forum's offices in Jabal Al-Weibdeh, 44 Al-Baounieh Street.
on Thursday 9 April 2009. at 6 PM.

That is, as the president of the forum will announce her resignation, due to
her marriage and leaving outside the country soon, and accordingly choosing
a new President and Vice President, as well as choosing a new Executive
board member to fill the resigned member's location. and any topics members
are willing to discuss can be discussed as well.

Your presence is mandatory, and required to be ON TIME, since a
representative from the ministry will be attending the meeting.

You can come to Al-Sayegh Building in Abdali or Central Amman's Police
Department in Abdali, as our offices are very close from there, and we can
come and pick you up.
